Meet Changhang Zhou, Director of our Shipping Center. 🚚

Changhang joined NFLG in June 2008 and has been integral in optimizing our logistics operations. His focus: precision in warehousing, efficient shipping, and seamless coordination from installation to production. 📊

Early in his career at NFLG, he realized that technical skills alone weren’t enough to solve the complex challenges of shipping and warehousing. It was only by listening closely to colleagues in production, installation, and even customer service that he could understand what really needed to be done. “Success comes from understanding others’ needs first,” he explains. “Only then can you take meaningful action.” 💡

His favorite projects? Anything involving logistics. He thrives on improving processes and solving complex operational problems. 🔍

What might surprise you? Changhang’s expertise goes beyond logistics. He knows installation and production planning in-depth — skills rarely associated with his role. 🏗️

His advice for newcomers:
